Hi and welcome, traveler, to Seeds of Connections, a space for everyone (yes, everyone) to reconnect with the human spirit through empathy and compassion. I hope you will be inspired and encouraged to take what you find here to those outside of here.

In this space, I hope to bring communities together through various means, provide resources for social causes and humanitarian needs, and offer both individual and group peer support to those who need to know that they’re not alone in their journey.
